The website shall be governed by the conditions of access and/or use posted in the latest up-date thereof. Those posted on the actual website at the time of access shall be applicable.

By accessing this Website, the User hereby expressly consents and agrees to the present terms and conditions of use, establishing the rules for using the website. Should the User not accept these conditions of use in their entirety, then he/she shall not be authorised to access the Website.

Right to information

As provided for in Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December, on Personal Data Protection, SUMINISTROS EVIA S.L. informs Users that their personal data will be included in personal data files created by, and which are the responsibility of, SUMINISTROS EVIA S.L. The aforementioned files have been registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Purpose

The data provided by the information requester or User to SUMINISTROS EVIA S.L. shall be used for the following purposes: (i) maintaining and managing the relationship with the User; (ii) managing any order(s) made through this Website; (iii) managing the request and providing the appropriate information regarding on-line queries; and (iv) providing the User with information on the products and services offered by SUMINISTROS EVIA S.L. which may be of interest through commercial channels.
