Right to information

As provided for in Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December, on Personal Data Protection, SUMINISTROS EVIA S.L. informs Users that their personal data will be included in personal data files created by, and which are the responsibility of SUMINISTROS EVIA S.L. The aforementioned files have been registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Purpose

The data provided by the information requester or User to SUMINISTROS EVIA S.L. shall be for the following purposes: (i) maintaining and managing the relationship with the User; (ii) managing any order(s) made through this Website; (iii) managing the request and providing the appropriate information regarding on-line queries; and (iv) providing the User with information on the products and services offered by SUMINISTROS EVIA S.L. which may be of interest through commercial channels.

User's consent

Registration as a User, whenever possible, and the sending of an e-mail query, implies the sender's consent to the processing of the data included in the aforementioned communication media. The data shall not be given to third parties, except for that data required by the transport companies to manage the delivery of any order(s) made by the User through the Website.

Except in those fields in which it is expressly indicated otherwise, the provision of the information required on personal data shall be voluntary. Failure to comply with any mandatory fields or the provision of incorrect data will make it impossible for SUMINISTROS EVIA S.L. to manage your order(s) or send the User the information requested. The data holder must inform the data controller of any change in personal data and is liable, in any case, for the accuracy and authenticity of the data supplied at all times. If third party data are supplied, then the User declares that he/she is expressly authorised to supply such data. Users are informed of their right to object to the processing of their data for purposes other than those described above. For this purpose, without prejudice to the express and informed consent which, where appropriate, the User provides at the time of registration, the user shall be understood to have provided consent for the purposes detailed above if, within a period of 30 calendar days from the data collection, the User shows no objection to this.

Right to access

Users may exercise their rights to access, up-date, cancel and object to the processing of their personal data, in the terms and conditions provided for in the actual Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December, on Personal Data Protection, through a written request made to the attention of the data controller, at the following address: SUMINISTROS EVIA, S.L., C/ Barrena 11, Apartado 82, Eibar (Guipuzcoa), C.P. 20600.

SUMINISTROS EVIA, S.L. does not use “Spamming” tactics and neither are Users registered by simply visiting the Website. SUMINISTROS EVIA, S.L. shall only process the information provided by the User by e-mail, or when requesting information on our products and services.

Information on cookies

Users are informed that the Website uses cookies (data storage and retrieval devices) for the sole purpose of obtaining the authentication of those Users already recorded and to permit faster website browsing. Likewise, User's are informed of the possibility of limiting the use of these cookies by using their browser configuration options.

Without prejudice to the express and informed consent which, where appropriate, is provided by the User on registration, it shall be understood that the configuration of the User's browser in the way suggested, in any case, in addition to the mere use of the Website by the User, except for express objection, implies the express consent of the User to the use of the aforementioned cookies.

SUMINISTROS EVIA, S.L. maintains the data protection security levels in compliance with Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21st December, approving the Implementing Regulation of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December on Personal Data Protection, and has established all the technical means available to it in order to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the data provided by the User to SUMINISTROS EVIA S.L. whilst informing Users that the Internet security measures are not failsafe.
